This year, my school division purchased iPads for 36 technology trainers to pilot for classroom uses.  The trainers are finding that the tool is only mildly useful when the teacher is the only one who has one. I remember being very excited about how the iPads could change teaching and learning, but soon realized that only works when the learners have the tool as well!  What are your thoughts?  Wh…
