- I am an educator, a techno-geek, a writer, a life-long learner, a mom. I am a thinker who like to chew on an idea before making an opinion. I am insatiably curious and driven to answer the "why" question. I am a passionate believer that every child is unique and deserved to be educated in ways that reach that individual child. I believe that assessment should drive instruction and should never, ever be punitive. If instruction doesn't work with this child, we tweak it until it does. I believe that life is a journey and the people we meet along the way are the reason we're here.
