I am a business & computer technology education teacher at the Palmyra Area High School in Palmyra, PA. My career interest is to find ways to use technology seamlessly in the K-12 classroom to ensure more meaningful and rich student learning. In 2011, I was selected as a Siemens STEM Institute 2011 fellow and enjoyed a week-long professional development experience in Washington, D.C. with 49 other STEM educators across the nation. An educational technology project I have in my Emerging Technologies course was selected at the Microsoft Partners in Learning 2011 Innovative Education Forum at the Microsoft Campus in Redmond, WA this past July to represent the U.S. in the Global Forum in Washington, D.C. this November.
